No refunds are provided for subscription services, though some services may offer a specific satisfaction guarantee. All resume-writing service purchases are final. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, commercial, or competitive purpose, including but not limited to sharing login credentials, impersonating other users, using data mining tools, or uploading harmful content. Engaging in prohibited activities may result in termination of your account.

User Contributions

By submitting Contributions, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, display, and modify these Contributions for service enhancement. You remain solely responsible for your Contributions and must not submit any content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable laws.
